A reviewer in a context separate from the author assessed the complete original English article against seven dimensions: requirements, evidence, adversarial reasoning, structure and depth, reader usefulness, process language, and natural expression. The reviewer checked the relevant sections of all 11 cited primary sources.

Article version Whole-article verdict Result
Initial draft needs_revision One necessary minor correction: the migration inference in section 5.
Final report pass The correction is resolved; no further necessary correction was found.

The complete responses are retained: initial review and current-version review. The latter reread the entire revised article and reused the actual source reading from the first review because the factual claims were unchanged.

Migration costs

NE-D1-F01 · Necessary minor correction

The draft said:

There is no benefit in preserving this split if the API later covers document generation with adequate permissions and result checking.

The reviewer identified a counterexample: replacing and revalidating a working browser step can cost more than the expected maintenance and recovery savings. A new API removes the assumed coverage gap; it does not by itself settle whether migration is worthwhile.

Author decision: accepted and revised.

The final report says:

If the API later covers document generation with adequate permissions and result checking, the original coverage gap disappears. Retiring the browser step then depends on whether the expected maintenance and recovery savings justify migration and revalidation costs.

This is the only change to the report text. The claim record C08 also retains the counterexample. Original paragraph · Revised paragraph · Author disposition

Reading the records

In the original responses, final.md names the article submitted for that review: the initial draft for review 01 and the final report for review 02. Line numbers refer to those Markdown manuscripts. The responses retain their original verdicts, wording, source-reading scopes and version hashes.

The review covers article content. It is not a deployment experiment, a causal estimate of the Toolkit's effect, or a guarantee of correctness. A separate context does not establish statistically independent model errors. No exact model identity is asserted.
